A paired conjoint study of how political regimes shape the content of nationalism, comparing authoritarian Mainland China and democratic Taiwan, two societies with sharply diverging regime types but connected histories and a shared cultural tradition. The registration was deposited on OSF before fielding and remains under embargo while data collection and co-author review are completed.
